The Cumbria Premier Netball League (CPNL) committee have comfirmed the dates for this season’s U14 and U16 premier league tournaments. amd we’d encourage all clubs to get them in the diaries now.
All tournaments will be played at The Hirst Centre, Sedbergh from 09.30am, and clubs should contact the CPNL committee to enter their teams.

Tournament CoOrdinators Wanted
Volunteer co-ordinators are needed to ensure these junior tournament dates go ahead.
What’s the Role?
- Liaison with the venue
- Distribution of entry forms
- Fixture scheduling
- Allocation of umpires
- Confirming entry fees are paid
- Uploading fixtures + results to ENgage
- Welcoming teams on the day
- Take photos
- Close the events
The Co-ordinator(s) will hold an additional on-the-day role of Tournament Referee – a designated official with ultimate authority in case of disputes.
You would also need to ensure results sheets, score cards, and a hooter are available on the day, and secure the services of a Results Assistant & Timekeeper (£30 travel expenses are allowed for this role). They will be supported by the co-ordinator(s) but will need to provide their own stopwatches, pens/pencils, and calculator.
