Netball offers a range of opportunities for involvement and contribution beyond the court. Coaching gives you a chance to share your knowledge and passion to aspiring players, and officiating can increase your understanding of the sport and umpires are vital to our clubs and leagues. Joining a netball club as a team manager, administrator, or scorer also offers a way to get involved off the court. Volunteers are always welcome at county netball events, such as tournament days, as well! Young volunteers who are completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award, for example, can ask their local club for opportunities too.
