Coaching Courses

UKCC LEVEL 1

Start your coaching journey with the England Netball Level 1 course, providing you with an introduction to coaching the game and working with players, from U7 to Open age. Following the completion of the course, you will be able to assist more qualified coaches in delivering aspects of coaching sessions.

UKCC LEVEL 2

Progress your coaching journey with the England Netball Level 2 course, equipping you to fulfill the level 2 coach role duties of preparing for, delivering and reviewing coaching sessions. This course is perfect for those who have been an active coach in netball for a minimum of 2 years or have a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Netball.

England Netball Workshops

Aside from formal coaching qualifications, England Netball also provides opportunity to develop your netball knowledge and skillset through a series of workshops, such as Walking Netball or Bee Netball Host workshops, as well as Performance Identification and Game Sense workshops.

I've never felt my job was to win netball games - rather, that the essence of my job as a coach was to do everything I could to give my players the confidence necessary to succeed in life and netball. You start developing a winning attitude by, first of all, telling players that they are really good and that they have the potential to become better. The Solo Sessions, run by international and NSL netballers, Kadeen & Sasha Corbin, offer a range of drills and skills advice for players and coaches alike, both on their website and YouTube.
